This document provides results of a 2019 national consumer survey of seafood preferences carried out by Illinois-Indiana Sea Grant, Purdue University, Michigan State University, and Southern Illinois University.

This session was one of the largest at the 60th annual IAGLR conference, with 18 oral presentations, 1 poster presentation, and 1 facilitated discussion period. The full list of abstracts (with author contact information) is included as Appendix 1. This session was well-attended throughout the day, with as many as 70 people attending the individual talks.

If you fish in the Great Lakes region and eat your catch, this pamphlet will help you reduce your risk of consuming contaminated fish and introduce you to some of the facts of PCBs. Note: file includes English, Spanish, Polish, and Chinese translations.
