Each display/exhibit table includes a skirted table, 2 chairs, and power (if requested).

Exhibits will be set up for the entire meeting portion of the State of Lake Michigan meeting in the Fremont Prefunction area which is the main concourse to the State of Lake Michigan meeting rooms. Exhibitors will set up from 7am to 9am Central on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. Displays should be removed by 9pm Central on Thursday, November 5, 2026.
Additional instructions will be distributed prior to the meeting.
